    Hi Ladies,

    This is my first week of doing CD and I admit I did find it hard for the first few days!

    However, had my weigh in tonight and have lost 10lbs in 1 week!!!!

    So pleased, was worried that I wouldnt have lost anything.

    Def going to keep this up for a month and see how much I can loose!

    WOW, well done you. I'm day 3 and really finding it tough, but to be honest I think there has to be a certain 'settling in' period. Getting to know your 'shakes' etc LOL. I hope I do as well as you. Congrats!
