good evening all,
just been filling in my food diary and have had nearly all my weekly syns in the last 3 days since weighin, i need to try and plan some meals with out syns until my weigh in next tuesday.

any help would be most welcome i am doing the extra easy plan

What are you using your syns on? How many have you used exactly?

You could have homemade bolognese, chilli, stir frys, casseroles, curries with sw chips, jacket spuds, pasta, rice, veg. All free on EE.

You could have steak and sw chips or jacket spud.
Eggs, sw chips, beans.
Fish (no batter) chips, peas.

Snacks: Fruit, alpen lights (HEXb), muller lights.

Have you started a food dairy? You could start one on here and it gives you a chance to keep a check on it and for others to give you hints tips and pointers to keep you on track and give you advice.

I always use all my Syns in the 3/4 days after WI then have loads of free food for the rest of the week
