Who's a 'Fast Forward' expert?

    I'm not at class at the moment and I'm going to a wedding in a month and could really do with a boost. Is there anyone on here who's a whizz with how to do Fast Forwards who could help me out with a weekly meal planner?

    Would really appreciate it!

    I think Brighton Rosie did a food diary - check that section Vixx - might have some details in there. I think she entitled it #Fast Forward diary so a search might get you to it!!!!!

    i know sucess express it 2/3 superfree & 1/3 normal, but i think fast forward started every day with grapefruit!

    I was under the impression that FF was specific to the individual and could only be dealt with by consultants but I could be wrong. If I were you, I'd give SE a go first, that is, if you haven't already tried it.

    I've never done it Vixxster. Sorry chick.
    Mrs V has, although she never posted her diaries as it's such a specific plan. Brightonrosie did it too.

    Hi guys

    Sorry I haven't been back. Have been very busy in work and a family member is very very ill. But I just popped back on here and I found everything i needed to know from '75g bagel' so thank you!!

    Incidentally, in absence of a FF, i found a Gillian McKeith cookbook in a junkshop for a quid and have been doing EE for a week based on her soups and salads for lunch, fruit or a HEb breakfast and an EE dinner, with home made hummous and other McKeith dips as snacks and used the nuts and oils she recommends as HEs and syns and have lost 7lbs this week.

    EDIT: scratch that. 7lbs since Tuesday.

    Will blog about it ina bit
