I was always scared to try red days, mainly because of the lack of carbs - thought I would be hungry all the time and eat SO much meat.
However, red days (usually 4 or more days per week) always give me bigger losses, and I'm not missing carbs anywhere near as much as I thought I would.
However, I do tend to avoid pasta/rice/bread completly on red days. I have cerials etc for one of my HEB and then maybe chilli beans/mushy peas/potatoe made in to chips etc as my other HEB.. so I'm always pretty full! My diary is in my sig, if you want to see what I eat on Red days.. I don't cook that much exciting stuff mind, athough I have the chicken from this months mag in the oven
