You know me shanny , with xmas day , I think I will go eat meat and veg and a diet coke and then thats it if I want to carry on losing , head in the zone don't look back !! plenty of presents to keep me busy . I want pamer presents and mags , I read about sally Morgon in OK mag in the dentist yesterday , GEEEEEEEEEEEEE, she has lost so much and eating about 500 kcals she had the op ,bypass .
