Why am i doing this to myself? :(

    Hi, so I've lost weight And have done better then I've ever done in my life and during April had a few blips! Anyway I'm around 12 stone and to be honest I wNt to go below that cuz I'm fed up of seeing 12 everytime! I come so close to it like last week I was 12.2 but this week I was the same so I got annoyed and ate and ate today and now I feel soooo angry with myself! Why am I doing this? god knows iota going to happen next week cus I'll be going Disneyland Paris with my family! I was suppose to be a good girl and have just gone and ruined it all! I hate myself!!! ::(

    Naz. We all have days like that and at the time we all ask ourselves the same question. I've been dieting on and off for the past 36 years. So I promise I've had plenty of thoses days.
    It's happened there is nothing you can do about it now. So tomorrow start anew. As for Disneyland Paris... You are not going to enjoy yourself if you spend all your time worrying about what you do or don't eat. Can I suggest you just enjoy yourself, try to pick the healthyer option. Diet Coke, low fat yoghurt a bit of fruit, poached egg at breakfast instead of fried. Or you can say I'm on holiday I'm giving myself permition to eat and I'll get back on the diet when I get home. Thats what I'll be doing when I go away in September. I know it's easier said than done but you know we are all here to support you :)

    Oh thanks lil sis, ur rite I'm going to go back on track from today and then enjoy myself whilst in Paris, I've come this far I can't ruin it now! xxx :)
