I could never waste my coke like that!!!!!!!!!!lol But yip I know hubby has been on at me for yrs to curb my habit....This diet is the only thing that done it...A whole wk without....whoo hoo!!!!

i only used to drink fizzy (anything) before LT water never passed my lips unless i opened my mouth whilst swimming underwater,it will make such a difference not drinking it hun,i think it would burn my tongue now xx

I reckon ur right..the thought of the sugary taste after a wk of no sugar makes me slightly naucious....Who knew eh?? Plus side of drinking water is my skin is looking luverly!!!!!! Bonus x
