why am i not hungry?????

I Have ons and offs of being hungry, today im feeling kinda hungry but some days I come home from work and cant drink a shake at all.. have to wait till I know I can have it later on in the evening.. always important to make sure u finish all of them..

i cant find them strips anywhere... am guna walk into town tomorrow an av a look in poundland as thats where everyone seems to b findin them.... hope i can get the strips and not 10 toblerones haha xx
