My first 2 weeks back at class I have done really well, 4 pounds the first week and 3 pounds the second.
This week I haven't stopped eating - hot cross buns, custard creams, chocolate coins pretty much anything I could get my hands on.
Why? Just why? I don't want to eat it so why have I?
I'm still dragging my sorry a** to weigh in tomorrow but I know it's going to be bad.
I'm hoping to draw a line under it and just get on but I really want to understand why exactly I'm doing this to myself?
