why cnt i do it!

im back on cambridge and been good for a week and lost 12 lbs

but i cnt keep to it. im havin little extras like today ive had 5 slices of turkey, a spoon of peanut butter and little pieces of chicken. i have drank 5 litres of water tho!its so annoying ive been doin it all week. ive got weigh in on tues too!!!!!

:whoopass:eek:h naughty naughty!! you had a great loss last week and now maybe you feel its ok to have some nibblies?are you doing ss? I know how hard this diet is, all i can say is stop nibbling & try and stick to it :)

Hiya

I think the answer is much easier than the solution!! You are not the same person you were when you first started the diet hun, you look fantastic and feel much better about yourself - this is a mixed blessing as it can reduce motivation. Only suggestions is to think about why you want to lose the next bit and how you will feel when you succeed. Another thing to maybe think about is starting at a higher plan and working back down, this would allow you little bits to eat without feeling like you are cheating.
