ooh how do you make them i love crisps :)
Thinly slice a big potato ( I used Maris Piper) fry light an oven tray (or pizza tray in my case Lol) and lay the potato slices flat, fry light the top of them and sprinkle salt over. cooked for about 15mins in the oven at about 130* definately did the trick for munchie cravings tonight :)

i do the same with the tates, but i put them in the micro for 6 mins
mine a 900 watt micro and they taste scrumdidleumptious !!
