why do I do it!!!!

:mad: Im so angry at myself I have been eating sh*t all weekend and I got weighed in last night and lost nothing. I have ate rubbish all day aswell :( Ive been stressed out and it just makes me wanna eat. I want this weight to come off but I feel like when I eat some syns it makes me eat more bad things.
