the past few days ive been really struggling with cravings. to the point that im getting myself upset. I havnt cheated at all to date but I feel so weak lately. Im considering food so much, to try and get it out my system but am scared to gain weight!! I think I may see a CDC next week and get some bars and new flavoured shakes and see if that helps..... I hope the bars dont slow my weight loss down.... what do you guys think? xx
