why do I feel this way?

    the past few days ive been really struggling with cravings. to the point that im getting myself upset. I havnt cheated at all to date but I feel so weak lately. Im considering food so much, to try and get it out my system but am scared to gain weight!! I think I may see a CDC next week and get some bars and new flavoured shakes and see if that helps..... I hope the bars dont slow my weight loss down.... what do you guys think? xx

    Wow... not too sure. I think perhaps you haven't faced your demons yet, which is why you are struggling. Perhaps you may need to speak to someone to find out what your triggers are. People become overweight/obese for many different reasons. Some put on weight because they don't eat enough, some because they like a bevvy or two, some because they comfort eat and some because their bodies don't tell them when to stop and others just nibble all day. I think it may help you to find out what sort of an eater you are. Not only that, are you taking your shakes at the same time everyday? I find having a routine helps me no end and I have them as I would do on a normal day.

    yea I stick to 12pm 4pm and 8pm (my daughter wont sleep before midnight!) Its the night times I struggle but I dont know why!!!! xx

    I actually have a young one who wakes most nights - and again from 06.00am so my pattern is 09.15 (on route to work after dropping kids off) 4.00pm - home from work/school etc then I have one left at night which I take at this time. Not deal but if you are awake all hours it might help.
    My chemist also said if I feel like i'm going to cheat take an extra shake - guaranteed to put you off wanting something yummy and I've given in on the odd occassion where I have had very limited amounts of sleep ( couple of hours).
