why i lost weight first wk maybe?

hey hun they always say some protein in the morn will keep hunger at bay so maybe an egg boiled or something with it would help it usually works for me i could have an egg scrambled and 60g smoked salmon in morn and its only 3points is really tasty and keeps me goin til dinner time a lot!!! :) what day is your weigh in this week hun? :)
 
or you could have a ww yog, they're only 0.5pts and a good source of protein.
