Why is it so hard to get into this diet 2nd 3rd 4th......whatever time round?? I know it wrks, I know it's quick - so why is it so hard - I followed it to the letter for three months at the end of last year and since my "break" over christmas I have tried to restart 4 or 5 times and have lasted a few days and woosed out!!!
Is it a psychological thing or is it physically harder to get back into the stride of it??
