Why is soup free when Puree'd fruit isn't?

I know pruee'd fruit and fruit juice isn't free because of how long it fills you up and because it takes less time to digest.

I was wondering about soup. Most of the soups I make are just veg and stock blended. Why is that free byt fruit blended isn't?
