I know its really bad, but I have never been a big breakfast eater. This started when I was at school, I was bullied so much that I was too stressed to eat before and during school and would only eat at night when I got home.
Now I am trying to help my metabolism and eat breakfast, lunch etc.. the trouble is that eating small meals throughout the day just makes me feel terribly hungry all the time. When I was not eating until evening I could honestly say I didn't feel hungry until I got home and ate.
So why do I feel so hungry? Does eating one meal make you want to eat another? or is there a more scientific explanation?
being hungry certainly makes me think about food all the time and ultimately makes it a lot harder to diet -_-
