Why oh why?!

Hi everyone, been on exante 2 weeks now and weighed myself this morning and have lost 1 stone. Im now 12 stone and really want to be 11. I'm just losing motivation at the moment iv just had a chocolate muffin and havnt been 100% for the last few days now and finding it so hard to not nibble! I want to keep doing the shakes for another 13 days and then im off to Alton towers for 2 nights so am planning on coming off plan and getting straight bk on it when bk. Was wondering if anyone else constantly nibbles and do u still lose weight just I feel if im
Going to keep doing this and only lose 1/2 pound a week I might as well change to ww? I'm very confused and very annoyed at myself :( xx

If 3 shakes is not enough then either have a 4th shake or go for a high-protein low-carb meal. This will keep you in ketosis and you would not have cheated but instead had a WS day. A stone in 2 weeks is massively impressive!! It's obviously working for you so let the weight loss spur you on and if you HAVE to nibble then go for some meat/veg etc. You've eaten the muffin. It's done. Let it go and move on. :)

wow thats a fab loss, keep motivated. I find if i want to nibble i go and do something else instead bath, housework reading etc

That's an amazing loss, well done you. I have loads more than you to lose and don't lose anywhere near this, so I think you are doing brilliantly.

Maybe try and focus on what you have already achieved if you can, just to keep motivated? If you've achieved this already, you'll be at your goal in no time. It does seem as if WS could be a good option for you, even just for a little while?

Thanks guys. I'm not disappointed with my loss at all just the fact I'm now tending to stray and can't keep on the plan 100%. I think your all right my have a small evening meal of chicken and veg xx
If you're struggling to stick to TS 100% then the best thing to do would be to change over to WS, you'll still be losing weight but you'll be able to eat a meal every day.

As for straying, we are all human and make mistakes, what's important is where you go from here.

If you are struggling maybe moving to the Working Solution would be a better answer for you. But if you want to stay on Total Solution we will all be here to support you. :grouphugg:
