I think it depends how much water you have to lose, your first week is mainly water. I lost alot in my first 2 weeks but my weigh ins are on a tuesday, I weighed myself this morning and i've stayed the same which i'm disapointed at as ive stuck to it too so i think it does slow down as your body gets used to it.

it also depends on how much weight you start at..if your starting at say 20 stones your obviously going to lose a lot more because there is more of you than if you say, starting at 15 stones. it also helps to and if sure youve heard this countless times, drink masses and masses of water..the more you drink, the better the weight loss that week will probably be. hope this helps and keep up the great work

Hormones, TOTM, water intake, etc etc all make a difference. Also some people just lose slower - but you've done really well and that's 14lb totally gone - well done!

Thanks for the feedback guys:thankyou:, makes alot of sense. I find i am comparing myself alot to tohers when we are all different and at the end of the a stone in 3 weeks is amazing:bliss:, considering i haven't done an ounce of excerize :character00115:either !!! So i'm going to just be happy and shut up:party0049:
