Can I not get anywhere? Actually, I know exactly why, but would appreciate any hints and tips on getting back on track. I have lost 9lbs in 16 weeks, which I know is still a loss, but I should have lost a lot more by now. My bum doesn't look so much like a tea tray now, but that's more than likely down to the exercise. I NEED to get my head back in the game, but honestly have NO idea how to do it. Any help or advice would be wonderful. I know I can do it, I just need to DO IT and stop moaning.
