Can I not get anywhere? Actually, I know exactly why, but would appreciate any hints and tips on getting back on track. I have lost 9lbs in 16 weeks, which I know is still a loss, but I should have lost a lot more by now. My bum doesn't look so much like a tea tray now, but that's more than likely down to the exercise. I NEED to get my head back in the game, but honestly have NO idea how to do it. Any help or advice would be wonderful. I know I can do it, I just need to DO IT and stop moaning.

Hi natty. I know how you feel. Although ive only just re started, at least your not in my shoes in having to start from the begining...youve done so well in loosing those 9lb so far. Imagine if hadnt started and found out youd put on the 9lb.

When i started on SW last year i signed up to to the walk for life and it gave me that extra kick up the bum to get the extra work in knowing id whizz round a bit quicker if i shed a few pounds.

Also a friend of mine combined WW with SW so if she knew she was eating pasta for dinner she'd try and not eat meat at lunch time. And use some of the speed foods such as strawberrys and grapefruit.

It seemed to give her a boost and loose a few extra lb's.

    Keep at it :)

How about having something to look forward to once you've lost some weight so that you have a goal to aim for? I always think it's easier to stick to it when there is a specific purpose. Good luck and well done on the 9lbs, won't be long til it's 1 stone!! xx

Christmas I just focus on that, after that valentines day, next Easter etc it's mini milestones.
I lost 3 stone from march to july in august it was 1.5lbs and I stuck at it September 3.5lbs so far so I know what you mean.
I stick at it 100% and exercise 4-5 times a week at classes what keeps me on the mojo is not being 17st 4lbs and a size 24 ever again, it's change our life style or stay fat or get fatter as I have for many years.
7 months Friday I started ww and have had just 5 days non counting points which for me is a proud achievement I'm now in the 13s and size 16.

Your 9lbs is near your 1st stone get the feeling in your head if standing on the scales after a good week to stick with you and keep it there when you can't stick at plan....

Christmas start afresh today a stone down can be yours ;) xx
