Loves the jobs you hate!
I'm on day 12 (I think, so hungry, I cant remember, lol).
It seems most people still have the hunger pains and cravings, regardless of how long theyve been at it.
You've just got to put it out of your mind and think happy thoughts (not about food though, this does not help!).
Its been suggested to try sipping fizzy water. I dont like it, but its meant to help you feel full.
I just guzzle water and it soon passes. Stay focused.

Hahahahaha yea maybe you should but couldnt we all say that!!!! What I wouldnt give right now for a slice of pizza aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! but no i want to be slimmmmm xxxxx
