Re: shakes....what do you want to do? You will no doubt lose more if you do 2 shakes/1 meal a day. If you want it to be a bit slower then go for the 1 shake/2 meals. I am not the best person to comment I suppose but sure others will let you know.

hmm i think i am guna have 2 shakes 1 meal as i want this holiday weight gone!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

Go for it!! At least you have the one meal a night to look forward to..I think that makes all the difference and if you lost 3 this week, no telling how you will do the next few weeks!

At least you are determined, which is great!!!
