I have lost 4lbs in 11 days - not bad

I now weigh 13st exactly and am just 2lbs off my my weight before i went on holiday.

Didn't quite get back into the 12s, maybe next friday :fingerscrossed:

Well done - you've done fantastic since I was last on.

I'm back to start again as the weight is creeping back on and I haven't addressed my eating habits despite being so smug 13 weeks ago that I had.
