morning all,
went and got weighed again today, lost 2.5lbs.:sigh:
i spoke to the chemist about my fainting and she said just to take it easy, try to get the shakes take evened apart, drink the water and that sometimes it happens. she also said i won't have made much difference to my weight loss eating the chicken slices, (she said it would have been a different story if i'd had a mcdonalds to give me energy!!!!!)
she asked if it was my TOTM as hot sweats sometimes happen then as our body temperature goes up then anyway. i said it was anyday now.
i said i thought my loss was quiet slow (sorry for moaning about speed) she said this was normal with people who have less than 3st to lose, she said i should expect about 2.5 - 4lb a week
anyway thought i'd let you know
