    Ate really well on Saturday but was out all day celebrating my football team wining their league!

    Yesterday was a food-full hungover-ridden day!! It happens! Bank holiday today so big long walk planned

    Sorry for the quiet but I got rid of the app, as I'm having phone issues. So yesterday was;

    I tried the app and it didn't work for me Puggs! This was at least a year ago - presuming it's been updated? My phone needs fixing but once it's done is it worth downloading?

    I'd say it is, instant access and all that. I just have memory issues with my phone so it had to go.

    Well today went downhill quickly due to a hangover and a full fridge! Living back home may be the death of me!

    Will see what the scales say tomorrow and work it out from there!

    And no shock to the scales being unfavourable - 3.25lb on! Full of bread and the likes!

    But - it happened, it has to be sorted now so right back to it!
