Well had my wi today
didnt do as good as last week,
but hey i lost 3 lb is better then nothink
(will teach me to sit on me ass most of week)
i wont get weighed now till 2 weeks, they are going away so just nowt but pick ups next week.

Well done hun 3lbs is a good loss...remeber dont get greedy on your losses or you will be disheartened... you wouldnt lose that amount on SW OR WW Or even a gastric band so i have just learnt xxx

im not a greedy person(well food once) lol, and dont get disheartened, just the first low WI in is a shock.... im thinking of the whole thing here 2 stone and 1 lb :wow: for me , btw guys this is my first ever diet silly ey.....
