WI - i cant believe it

i know. I had (hanging her head in shame) 4 pieces of birthday cake yesterday. but before i went to wi, we took our youngest two swimming so i made sure that i kept moving.
have to be really careful this week. and there are still two more chocolate cakes in our office and half a sponge cake with delicious icing but i am resisting temptation and have brought in a toffee mullerlite to counteract the temptation.

Well done you! That little sticker will help keep you focused on the week ahead. Keeping active is a great plan and will definitely help you get there, so do some more of that if you can. Try to ignore the other cake...just imagine it as wedges of fat sticking to your thighs!!!

Here you go I am answering you. Did you copy and paste your ticker in, I think there is a guide somewhere on the board about how to do it. Its been a while since I did mine.
