Wi in 7 I am taking the hit

Well after the worst week ever I plucked up the courage to WI. I have lost 1lb. I expected it and grateful to have lost that.

The Pharmacist gave me a good ticking off, and said if I don't have a good loss next week then maybe I am not coping and should do maintenance.

So with the threat of being removed from the plan next week, It has given me the motivation to carry on.

I WILL NOT FAIL...the last thing I want is for people to say I told you so, or i knew you wouldn't do it.

Am I anngry with myself? Yes.... can I get back on track?.....Absoflippinloutly!

Well done Kerry 1lb is 1lb and some people only lose that when being angelic!
