Hi all, I have struggled the last two weeks to lose anything even though I was not cheating and tracking everything. Well with a lot of support and exercise I managed to lose 3.5lbs tonight at my WI. I was over the moon and really pleased with my effort. Thank you for everyone's help with staying on track and believing in myself, it could have been so easy to reach for the crisps in my hour of despair!!
