I saw you ran for 4 miles and jogged for 50 minutes,I cant even do a DVD atm how long have you been running,your about 2 stone lighter than me,have you always ran or started on a certain week this time? Well done :)
ooops eh i had to edit that , only walked/jogged the 4 miles, are you kidding run or even jog for 50 mins i'd be dead, so i probaly jogged 1.5 miles out of the 4. ( feelz sheepish) but i am trying to run but my body says nooooo
