Well done on your loss so far. I'm really looking forward to just being overweight , I have a long way to go but will get there.
Maybe go back to basics as if it was your first week - would that help? I like to set myself small goals and reward myself along the way (not food stuff). I've also started exercising with a small e.
I work shifts and they vary from week to week. I do go to classes cos I know I need the extra support and motivation I get from going. If I miss my normal weigh in I do go to another class on a different day. Luckily for me the leader is the same. Maybe classes would give you the boost you need. I know a lot of people do really well alone but I'm def not one of them.
