    Got weighed in yesterday and lost 3lb so thats 9lb in 3 weeks! happy with that! Hoping to be very near 1st stone mark next week!

    Well done. That's an excellent result. I'm also hoping for a stone when I WI on Monday, which will be my 4th week since stepping things up with lots of exercise. Good luck with your weight loss.

    Thanks ladies still getting used to the points in different things but getting better!
    Av only started going to gym this year after about 8 years of zero activity! So hopefully that will kick start my body into fat burning!
    Did boxercise yesterday thought half my body weight was on the floor in a big puddle of sweat :8855::8855::8855:sooooooo hard! Hopefully will have an impact next weds!
