Thanks everyone! I am chuffed to pieces, it's been difficult this week getting back into the swing of things after my 'weekend away' and week of ridiculous nibbles here and there - but I had a 100% week and I'm delighted with the result! I love CD!

Just seen this after commenting on the other post - well done hon, that is FAB! I lost 3lbs last Friday and am not quite sure how, not had a good weekend though a actively dating now so am going to have a healthy good week and hope for the best come Friday xx
