    Hi all

Me again lol last week i did ee and only lost 1.5lbs but for past 3 weeks had slow loses, but this week ive followed mix2max plan to see if that can help with a boost just with only losing half then 1lb then 1.5lbs i just feel gonna take forever and tbh the diet getting easier as i dont crave much now and as for after wi treat omg they have gone down to like 90% i would only eat 10% now and i dont feel like on a diet now (which i thought today)

Im scared doing ee as in past i sts then put on 1lb, but on mix2max been having my meat at night as i do love having mixture.

Another problem is i get stomach ache for past few months and went docs yesterday who is sending me for scan to see if i have gall stones, but do gallstone slow your weight lost down as i do follow past 3 weeks 100% if anyone could let me no if that is so, so maybe it could be that

    cheers in advance :D

Gallstones won't slow your weight loss, just usual give you jip if you eat t oo much fat. the average loss for SW nationally is 0.6lb per week so you're well within that, and is you lose 1lb a week that's still over 3.5stone in a year that will be gone for good. Also if you lose it slowly you're more likely to keep it off. Do you keep a written diary? if not try that and write down as soon as you eat something, then you can post a day on here and people might be able to say you're doing fine or point out any problems. Everyone is different so if mix2max works for you then try that for a couple of weeks.
