Well after feeling low and rubbish due to scale hopping!! i have proved to myself my scales hate me and want me to fail...CDC's scales are lovely, and they love me and want me to succeed!!

***Note to self STOP WEIGHING AT HOME****

had a short WI week (weighed in monday and now its friday)

......3 lbs!!!!!!! (not massive but good considering i though 0!)

thank you everyone - i was so please i cried in the car. im such a divv!! then i realise im 1 stone off 13 and a half stone - this has been a kinda dream/mini goal/target for SO long. My HB said if i got to that hed take me on a massive shopping spree and burn all my old clothes
