Well done on your 1.5lbs loss. I had to post as I lost 3 in my first week and then 1.5 last night. I seem to have the same results as you.. I too was pleased with 1.5lbs.
They say it's better to lose it steadily, so I'm aiming also for 1lb a week. Keep posting. I love to read everyone's results.
