WI Tomorrow

Does anyone else get really excited before weigh in if they think they have had a good week.
Or am I just sad I am only on week 2 and think I have done another 3 - 4 lbs I can't believe it is this easy hehe

Can't believe how excited I am. even had the energy for a long walk this morning and I always use the car!!

Yeah I feel nervous too but like excited nervous!!
I can't believe I can still have a glass of wine and a chinese on a saturday night and still loose the weight. I am determind to look good on holiday next year.

I think it's cause i did the plan for quite a while last year so i'm used to it all...
But i don't believe i'm losing weight... I feel good after a WI when i've lost but that feelings worn off by a few days later and i go back to nervousness again... xx

I'm usually nervous - particularly when I've been sticking to plan cos then if I don't get a loss I have no idea why not!!!

If I have over indulged then I am just hopeful that it wont be too painful

I get very nervous, almost the same feeling I used to get when I had an exam!

I get really nervous too, every week I step on the scales and say "Ohh, think it's going to be a gain this week". I think it's my way of protecting myself.

E.g. last week I went to WI after being 150% all week, I was expecting a 3 or 4lb loss, but instead only got 1lb off.

I went home mortified as I was too cocky, therefore I'm always scared before I go!!

I get excited if I know I've had a good week, but since I recently rejoined, I've been a bit half-arsed about it so not looking forward to WI at all right now.

Going to pull myself together and make a concerted effort this week. Seeing all your great weight losses has made me feel silly for pussy footing around. Time for action! Also, only 5 weeks to holiday - ARRGGHH!
