Went well I lost 2.5lbs taking me to 7lbs in two weeks whoop whoop.
Just need to keep it up now. I find my class a bit demotivating though as everyone around me loses such big numbers 5-9lb a week.
 
Well done! And don't be demotivated - it's coming off and at a healthy pace...keep at it! xx
