My very first day back doin PP, looking forward to getting stuck into the plan, so here goes, please feel free to comment, good or bad :D

Lunch – ww petit pain with wafer thin ham & mustard, tin ww tomato soup & ww crisps & 1/2 tube fruit gums– 11pp

Dinner – peppered pork chop with 150g potatoes cut into chips & roasted in oven with side salad, tbsp ex light mayo – 11pp

Snack – 2 ww ginger cookies & rich tea– 3pp

** ¼ pint semi skimmed milk used for coffee throughout day – 2pp**

Lunch - 8ww crackers with 50g primula cheese with cherry tomatoes, ww tomato soup, ww tomato & basil crisps - 10pp

Dinner - 2 ww wraps with chicken breast, mixed salad & chilli mayo - 11pp

snack - 125ml semi skimmed milk used for coffee throughout day & 2 rich tea - 3pp
