Quick question, fuzzy and Sharon how do you burn so many cals, I'm averaging 128 ish a session. I'm completing all the moves and putting in 100% but no where near as many cals as you guys! Any ideas?
Hiya Hayley think twigs is right your 10lbs lighter than me,but im doing my sessions on the hard setting now and thats burning more for me..ive just done a quickie (DS going to bed)very long running x 2,heavy bag boxing+medium run for 10ish mins and burnt 91 cals for that
Hayley - 5 x Wii = 700 Cal - 4 down = 507 cal burned
Rach = 3 hours x Wii (3rd - 9th June) - 2 done
Twiggy 5 x Wii fit sessions 4 done (485 cals burned)
Sharon 5 x Wii sessions = 6 x wii session done (1130 cals)
Fuzzy - 5 x Wii active sessions from(2nd June)= 7 done - 1096 cals burned.
Baroness = 5 x Wii sessions = 1 session done (no idea in cals :S)
Lumpyroo = 1.5 hours x Wii - 0.5 done
Loulabella = 5 x wii sessions (31st-7th) and 700 kcals-5 session done (770 cals) _____________ __________________

Wicked thanks, I'm on medium but may change to high! Saying that I've just done another session which included squat holds omg,, I thought I was gonna collaspe!!!
Another 121 cals earned this evening, still loving it. Supposed to be a rest today.
