The advanced step is great for giving your legs a workout and toning them too

I have quite a lot of stuff for the Wii but because of my bck I cant really use a lot of it!! LOL! I have a personal coach game which is fab, EA sports active, got a couple of those actually - they tend to come with gym equipment you can use along with the game which is handy. I also bought a riser for the balance board so that you can do intense step aerobics or other activities and my god can u feel the burn!... I have hand/ankle weights, cardio monitor etc and a mat that goes under the Wii for the yoga etc too and with everything all in it really is a fantastic little number to use! I only wish i could do it more easily but thats not an option at the mo. The Golds gym things are amazing if you like cardio boxing, the sports trainer/fitness ones are also really good - they do yoga, boxing, cardio, muscle based games or you can go for the new ZUmba which is what I want next as supposed to be really good :)
Really cannot say how wrth it is adding to it all - some of it works out very good value if you shop around. There are also some great training programmes on Wii Fit plus itself and its a great tool to weigh yourself on too :)

As for the battery than ran out, you can get rechargable battery packs for every piece, including the board. It charges on USB or in the wall so you are always ready to go :) WELL worth havng and you save a packet in batteries!! xxx
