wii fit advice needed please


not so str8 or narrow!!
I'm loving my new wii fit especially the yoga and step but i'm unsure of what order to do stuff in. Is it best to warm up with aerobic stuff first or with more gentle execises like yoga or the muscle ones? I'm very new to exercising and very overweight so when i do the aerobic ones i am very tired and then whatever i do after it my balance isnt as good as it was to begin with lol. can anyone advise?

I dont have a wii fit but I would recommend, Stretching first building up to aerobics and then stretching after. That way you will get a warm up, good cardio session and then a warm down. xx
