Hi everyone, now its January, and I need to get fit! How about a challenge. This one is for Wii Fit Freesteps and I will set another up for hoola hoops
If we record how many minutes we do and how many freesteps and we will see who can do the most (no prizes, just, hopefully, fun!).

    I'll start with
    Minutes: 30
    Freesteps: 6310

Sue can I ask? When you do your freestep, do you just ignore the ticking or can you make it go alot faster? I can only get to about 2,900 by following the ticks. Or do you just put it on mute?

    Hi Sue,

I'm good to go with this... I'll post my steps and time later today.

    MM

I also bought the personal trainer walking -- it tracks your steps throughout the day and ups your goal. You link it to your DS lite. It is pretty cool -- a friend of mine has been using hers for some time now.

Today, was catching up on Biggest Loser for last night, which we taped, 2 hours worth, so decided to do the freestep at the same time. Felt good watching a fitness programme and doing something good at the same time.

    70 mins, 8822 steps

    Thats my exercise of today.

hi Judimac, been looking at those too. They don't deliver to Spain though. So will be having a look here and see if I can see anything in Carrefour or any other shops. They look good and have a good review.

    Hi Guys

Sorry not been able to do any exercise, have been really unwell the last 2 weeks, struggling to go to work.
Dr told me i have a virus as have had glandular fever test which was negative. Which is good.
It sounds really strange but i am really frustated that i do not have any energy to work out. Just walking to work has me worn out.
The doctor told me to rest for a few days so thats what i am doing.
I really need to get better as i signed up for (before xmas) a 26 mile bike ride at the end of march and need to get training.
Well done on all your steps your doing great xx
