I am trying very hard to fit execise into my life, and I have finally made a (kind of) decision.
Every day, I do:
8 mins in the morning – Jorge Cruise – a mixture of weight and strength training aimed at boosting your metabolism
Abs workout – for my “mummy tummy”
Mon – Fri – the school run 10mins each way – we try to walk every day
I want to do something else, and am debating about whether to do 15 mins mon-fri on the Wii My Fitness Coach (lower body and cardio)
OR
6 x 5 min sections each day on the Lateral Thigh Trainer = 30mins
I am not sure which would be more beneficial, although I know that ANY exercise is better than none at all.
It is my hips, thighs and bum that need most, if not all of the work.
Any advice would be wonderful x x
