Will adding a low carb meal affect my ketosis ?

Hi Everyone,
I am doing LL and dietimeal for variety, i have lost 5lbs in three days which i am pleased with. Today i have kicked into trace ketosis and wondered that if i ate something small in the evening such as chicken or anchovies etc, would i jump back out of ketosis, on the LL they aim for 50 g or under carb per day, does that sound too much as atkins state 20g net carbs, im confused :wave_cry:

I am on the Cambridge Diet, which I think is similar to your LL diet. I have a sachet in the morning, one for lunch and then one when I get home from work with a portion of chicken and lettuce. My first weight loss was like yours, 5lbs in 2/3 days and I didn't gain any weight from eating the chicken. If you think about it your calorie intake is very very low and by sticking to your diet plan you should either remain the same weight or lose it. I am on my 4th week and am about to add another 300 calories by eating a larger evening meal and by replacing the 3rd Cambridge sachet. I am confident that I will either remain the same next week or will have lost.
