Today i was going to do a red day but changed my mind as i had red day yesterday so im having extra easy today :)

Breakfast: Weetabix (HEB) and skimmed milk (HEA)
Dinner: HUGE chicken and bacon (fat cut off) salad which had lettuce, cucumber and sweetcorn. with 4 salad potatoes
Tea: Pork chop and lots of veg
Snacks: Orange, pear and some grapes
