Im one of those people who, when focused will give it my all, 2000%. But i lack willpower and when i fall i fall hard.
Ive not been slim since the end of high school. Well i did loose a lot of weight when i first got with my husband but that was because i didn't eat around him (butterfly's, love all that kinda stuff)
I lost a stone with ww before and was so excited about the changes in my body and was loving the whole process, then for no reason went back to eating rubbish and ended up putting on more than i actually was. Ive never been 15st in my life but when i weighed myself after a loong time i was 15st 2lbs. That was it for me, i cried alot then kicked myself up the butt and got to work.
Went shopping for all my fave ww meals, snacks, lots of fruit and veg and got the turbo fire workout dvd.
After a week of changing my lifestyle compleatly i lost 3lbs at weigh in
Im still on track this week for weigh in on tue.
Im not saying i wont ever eat rubbish again because im human and im not a eat clean, gym person. I have lazy days but i also have 4 kids to keep me on my toes. Ive had chocolate and crisps but no wear near as much as i had before and all within my points.
So sometimes ill post mt meals for the day and such and i will try get on everyday because this site has helpped loads in the past.
I have a spanish holiday with the family in september so thats my goal. I have a nice costume i want to look good in.
So here goes again.
