Will I gain any weight back?

#1
Hi, I've been on Lt for 2 weeks and have lost a stone. That's pretty much what I wanted as didn't have much to lose. I am starting refeeding tommorrow and planning on having a nice chicken bacon salad for dinner.

My question is this, do you think I will put any of this back on? I got a special dress altered today and it fits perfectly, however will I have to eat zilch carbs in order to still fit into it in a weeks time.

I am going on an anniversary holiday this Friday and all my clothes are fairly figure hugging in a good sense but how hard is it to maintain this. I mean I'm not going to pig out but say one day during the hol if I knew I was having a nice dinner could I just have one shake?

Or after 3 days refeed could I just go super low fat and give up the bars etc?

I'd love to have a little brekkie on hols? Just scrambled egg and i small slice brown bread?Any experiences from anyone. Thanks a mill:cool:

Hi Fantasticfox, I think that in 2 weeks a lot of what you've lost is water and glycogen, so you need to be careful and stick rigidly to the refeed plan. Also be careful on maintenance. Enjoy your holiday whilst making the right eating choices and keep active too!

i am on week 8 of refeed and weigh 3lbs more than target weight at the moment but it goes up and down week by week, i have never gone over 4lbs heavier than target weight,my weight tends to stay between 9 stone 7 and 9 stone 11 i mainly eat healthily but i never ever think that i can't eat something if i want it and do enjoy a treat on a daily basis, have one takeaway a week, things like that. you dont have to completely give up things that arent good for you but it is a case of getting the right balance. it is a bit of an experiment to be honest with you, seeing what you can and cant get away with in terms of food. if i want something nice i just make sure that i am a bit more strict for a few days just to balance it out but after losing 8 and a half stone i dont seem to have any problem keeping it off so far.

good luck to you
