I know fresh pasta is not free because some contain oil. However I bought some lasagne sheets the other day and these are the ingredients;
Durum wheat semolina, pasteurised free range egg (20%), water
Regular pasta contains durum wheat semolina and water so the only difference is the addition on eggs in the fresh pasta. Eggs are a free food, so what do you think? Free?
