My main struggle with dieting is that I enjoy a glass of wine and with that I literally binge on crisps and popcorn anyone else in the same boat or does anyone have any tips??
Hi, I like ice cream at the weekend. I don't binge, I have quite alot of self control, but I do like a treat. I just have to be smart and fit it in without going overboard. A tip for someone who likes a treat, is to follow a plan like Slimming World which enables you to eat normally, with treats included, but accounted for.
